אנחנו אוספים רק את המידע שצריך כדי לחזור אליכם ולתכנן איתכם טיול. כאן מוסבר איזה מידע, למה, עם מי הוא משותף ואיך לממש את הזכויות שלכם.

1מי אנחנו

האתר globalextremetours.com מופעל על ידי מני עיני, תחת השם Global Extreme Tours (להלן "Global Extreme Tours" או "אנחנו"). אנחנו האחראים על המידע שנאסף באתר.

2על מה המדיניות חלה

המדיניות חלה על השימוש באתר, על טופס השארת הפרטים ועל פניות אלינו בדוא״ל. כשתזמינו טיול, ייתכן שנבקש מידע נוסף (למשל לצורך ביטוח, טיסות או התאמת הפעילויות). במקרה כזה נסביר לכם מראש איזה מידע נדרש ולמה.

3המידע שאנחנו אוספים

מידע שאתם מוסרים בטופס: שם מלא, כתובת דוא״ל, ובאופן רשות גם טלפון, סוג הקבוצה, מספר המשתתפים, יעדים שמעניינים אתכם ותוכן ההודעה.

אין חובה חוקית למסור לנו מידע. בלי שם וכתובת דוא״ל לא נוכל לחזור אליכם, ושאר השדות לא חובה. נבקש שלא לשלוח בטופס מידע רגיש, כמו מידע רפואי. אם יידרש מידע כזה לצורך השתתפות בפעילות, נבקש אותו בנפרד ובהסכמתכם.

מידע טכני: כמו בכל אתר, השרתים שמגישים את האתר ואת הגופנים רושמים מידע טכני בסיסי, כמו כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן ומועד הביקור. אנחנו לא משתמשים בו כדי לזהות אתכם.

4למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

  • כדי לחזור אליכם ולענות על הפנייה.
  • כדי לשלוח לכם מידע על מסלולים, תאריכים ומחירים שביקשתם.
  • כדי להתאים הצעה לקבוצה שלכם.
  • כדי לתפעל את האתר, לשפר אותו ולהגן עליו מפני ספאם ושימוש לרעה.
  • כדי לעמוד בדרישות החוק.

הבסיס לשימוש הוא ההסכמה שלכם, שאתם נותנים כשאתם מסמנים את תיבת ההסכמה ושולחים את הטופס, והצורך לטפל בפנייה שלכם. אם לא תסכימו, לא נוכל לחזור אליכם דרך הטופס, ותוכלו לפנות אלינו ישירות בדוא״ל. אנחנו לא מקבלים לגביכם החלטות אוטומטיות ולא בונים עליכם פרופילים.

5דיוור שיווקי

הסכמה ליצירת קשר בטופס היא הסכמה שנחזור אליכם בנוגע לפנייה שלכם. ניוזלטר או פרסומות נשלח רק אם תיתנו לכך הסכמה נפרדת ומפורשת, כפי שדורש סעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת. בכל הודעה כזו תהיה דרך פשוטה להסיר את עצמכם, ותמיד אפשר לבקש הסרה בדוא״ל.

6עם מי אנחנו משתפים

אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי. אנחנו משתפים מידע רק עם מי שעוזר לנו לתת את השירות, ורק במידה הנדרשת:

נמסור מידע גם אם נידרש לכך על פי דין, למשל בצו של בית משפט או של רשות מוסמכת.

7העברת מידע לחו״ל

חלק מספקי השירות שלנו מאחסנים מידע מחוץ לישראל, בעיקר בארה״ב ובאיחוד האירופי. כשאתם מזמינים טיול, מידע נדרש מועבר גם למפעילים ביעדים עצמם. ההעברה נעשית לפי תקנות הגנת הפרטיות (העברת מידע אל מאגרי מידע שמחוץ לגבולות המדינה), התשס״א-2001, ועם ספקים שמתחייבים להגן על המידע. אפשר לפנות אלינו כדי לקבל פרטים על אמצעי ההגנה.

8כמה זמן נשמור את המידע

פרטי פנייה שלא הבשילה להזמנה נשמור עד [24] חודשים מהקשר האחרון איתכם, ואז נמחק אותם. אם תזמינו טיול, נשמור את המידע הנדרש למשך הזמן שהחוק מחייב, למשל לצורכי מס והנהלת חשבונות. אפשר לבקש מחיקה מוקדמת בכל עת.

9אבטחת מידע

האתר מוצפן (HTTPS), הגישה למידע מוגבלת לאנשים שצריכים אותו לעבודה, ואנחנו עובדים עם ספקים שמיישמים אמצעי אבטחה מקובלים, בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע). אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין. אם יקרה אירוע אבטחה חמור, נפעל כפי שהחוק מחייב.

10הזכויות שלכם

  • עיון: לבקש לראות את המידע שיש לנו עליכם (סעיף 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות).
  • תיקון ומחיקה: לבקש לתקן מידע שגוי, חסר או לא מעודכן, או למחוק אותו (סעיף 14).
  • הסרה מדיוור: לבקש שנפסיק לפנות אליכם בהצעות (סעיף 17ו).
  • ביטול הסכמה: לבטל בכל עת הסכמה שנתתם. הביטול לא חל למפרע.
  • תלונה: אם אתם סבורים שלא טיפלנו במידע כראוי, אפשר לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות במשרד המשפטים.

כדי לממש זכות, כתבו לנו ל-info@globalextremetours.com. ייתכן שנבקש לאמת את זהותכם. נענה תוך 30 יום.

11קטינים

הטופס מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה. כשמדובר בטיול של הורים וילדים, ההורה הוא שמשאיר את הפרטים ומוסר את המידע על הילדים, באחריותו ובהסכמתו.

12עוגיות ואחסון בדפדפן

האתר שומר בדפדפן שלכם רק את העדפת השפה ואת הגדרות הנגישות שבחרתם. כרגע לא מופעלים באתר כלי מדידה או פרסום. אם נפעיל כלים כאלה, הם ייטענו רק אחרי שתאשרו זאת באופן פעיל. הפירוט המלא במדיניות העוגיות.

13שינויים במדיניות

נעדכן את המדיניות כשהשירות או החוק משתנים. התאריך בראש העמוד מציין את העדכון האחרון. שינוי מהותי נפרסם באתר בצורה בולטת.

We only collect what we need to get back to you and plan a trip with you. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how to use your rights.

1Who we are

The site globalextremetours.com is operated by Meni Eini under the name Global Extreme Tours ("Global Extreme Tours", "we"). We are responsible for the information collected on the site.

2Scope

This policy covers use of the site, the enquiry form and emails you send us. If you book a trip we may ask for more information (for example for insurance, flights or adapting activities). If so, we'll tell you in advance what is needed and why.

3What we collect

What you give us in the form: full name and email, and optionally phone, group type, number of travellers, destinations of interest and your message.

You are not legally required to give us any information. Without a name and email we can't reply to you. The other fields are optional. Please don't send sensitive information, such as medical details, through the form. If that is needed to take part in an activity, we'll ask for it separately and with your consent.

Technical information: as with any website, the servers that deliver the site and its fonts log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit. We don't use it to identify you.

4How we use it

  • To get back to you and answer your enquiry.
  • To send you the route, date and price information you asked for.
  • To tailor an offer to your group.
  • To run, improve and protect the site against spam and abuse.
  • To meet legal requirements.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box and send the form, and on the need to handle your enquiry. If you don't consent we can't reply through the form, but you can email us directly. We don't make automated decisions about you or build profiles.

5Marketing messages

Agreeing to be contacted in the form means we may reply about your enquiry. We'll only send a newsletter or advertising if you give separate, explicit consent, as section 30A of Israel's Communications Law requires. Every such message includes a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can always ask by email.

6Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with those who help us provide the service, and only as needed:

We'll also disclose information where the law requires it, for example under a court order or a demand from an authorised body.

7Transfers abroad

Some of our service providers store data outside Israel, mainly in the US and the EU. When you book a trip, the necessary information also goes to operators at the destination. Transfers follow Israel's Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001, and use providers that commit to protecting the data. Contact us for details of the safeguards.

8How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't lead to a booking for up to [24] months from our last contact, then delete them. If you book, we keep what's needed for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

9Security

The site is encrypted (HTTPS), access to data is limited to people who need it for their work, and we use providers that apply accepted security measures, in line with Israel's Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations. No system is completely secure. If a serious security incident occurs, we'll act as the law requires.

10Your rights

  • Access: ask to see the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law).
  • Correction and deletion: ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date, or to delete it (section 14).
  • Opt out of marketing: ask us to stop contacting you with offers (section 17F).
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent at any time. Withdrawal doesn't apply retroactively.
  • Complain: if you believe we haven't handled your information properly, you can contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.

To use a right, email info@globalextremetours.com. We may ask you to verify your identity. We'll reply within 30 days.

11Minors

The form is for people aged 18 and over. For parent-and-child trips, the parent leaves the details and provides information about the children, on their responsibility and with their consent.

12Cookies and browser storage

The site stores only your language preference and the accessibility settings you chose in your browser. No measurement or advertising tools are active at the moment. If we switch them on, they will load only after you actively agree. Full details are in the cookie policy.

13Changes

We'll update this policy when our service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest update. We'll announce material changes prominently on the site.
